 Burmese jewellery designer, Wynn Wynn Ong, was raised in Vienna and Manila so her design aesthetic is fine-tuned by the sensibilities of both the east and the west. She is known for her elaborate one-of-a-kind creations. Each piece is designed with specific stones in mind, and crafted entirely by hand. A variety of techniques are used to create backdrops to the gems. Stones vary from the known to the rare and obscure. Their single common bond is their personality and the possible stories they tell. Her limited one-of-a-kind pieces have been bought by collectors in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. They have been sold in Lane Crawford in Hong Kong, the Diplomatic Shop in Morocco, the Anamar Gallery in San Francisco, and are available in the Asia Store on Park Avenue in New York.
