 A Nicole Whisenhunt piece originates from a well-thought-out idea and a meaningful source of inspiration. Nicole's pieces – which she fondly refers to as fantasy jewellery- are made from materials sourced globally and are assembled from a well-calculated mix of polished semi-precious stones, pearls, crystals and beads. These elements are then hand-sewn, bead by bead and embroidered by trained craftswomen onto rich fabrics in shapes carefully envisioned by Nicole herself. Smooth satin straps, as well as metal links provide the perfect foil to the stones’ interesting textures, the addition of either cap the tedious creation process - one that may take up to 100 hours to complete. The stones, beads, and crystals used to craft her fantasy pieces were hand picked with the intent of accessorizing you for nights out at the beach and glamorous yacht parties.
